Paul has over 34 years work experience in public accounting and industry. Paul received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Houston in May 1987 and is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the State of Texas. 

Prior to forming Balanced Solutions in 2010, Paul was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Synagro Technologies, Inc. from 1999 to 2010. Paul was previously Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Integrated Electrical Services, Inc., which is a leading national provider of electrical contracting and maintenance services. Prior to that, Paul was a Senior Audit Manager at Arthur Andersen L.L.P.
